KooKoo Climb was just the appropriate outcome of everything that was happening to me. The mad swoosh of life passing by.
“My real self wanders elsewhere, far away, wanders on and on invisibly and has nothing to do with my life.” - Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
My soul was yearning to continue the lust of travelling with something useful, something good, something for the community. So, when we were with Xavi climbing in the north of Spain, I asked him: "Xavi, why don't we take people climbing here with us?". And I just had the feeling that is the right thing to do.
I grew up in the mountains, but except for occasional walks and snowboarding around, I did not really feel connected to them until I moved away. First came the call for the sea. Then for the jungle. And finally, my soul finds refuge back in the mountains. Now I live in Scotland, and the rising massess of earth never stop calling me. Here, and everywhere.
I love to teach people how to climb. I think climbing is the perfect sport for everyone. A combination of strength, flexibility, endurance, and skill and rock knowledge. Apart from mountains, I love to explore the consciousness.
