Day 1 - Arrival

Arrival to Dahab. The location, often referred to as the "Golden City," is a picturesque coastal town located on the southeastern coast of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. This charming town is renowned for its laid-back atmosphere, stunning natural beauty, and a wide range of outdoor adventures, making it a popular destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and excitement. Transfer to B&B.

Day 2 - Bouldering & Sport Climbing day Wadi Gnai

Start your day with a traditional Egyptian breakfast at your B&B and a brief overview of the day ahead. Explore Dahab's beautiful beaches in the morning, relax, and enjoy the seaside.

At noon, we'll venture into a nearby canyon for bouldering.

In the evening, savor an authentic Bedouin Dinner featuring slow-cooked lamb and vegetables, a culinary highlight of the trip.

Retreat to your B&B for a peaceful night's rest, ready for more adventures tomorrow.

Day 3 - Sport climbing Day Wadi Gnai Camel canyon

Enjoy a traditional Egyptian breakfast at your B&B, then embark on a day of sport climbing and canyon exploration at Wadi Gnai Camel.

As the day winds down, we'll return to Dahab for a relaxing evening and a restful night's stay.

Day 4 - Rest day in Dahab


On your rest day, take it easy and soak up the charm of Dahab. Lounge on beautiful local beaches, dive into the local culture, and unwind by the Red Sea. If adventure beckons, you can dive into vibrant underwater worlds, try kite surfing or windsurfing, all in Dahab's welcoming waters. 

Explore the town, shop at local markets, and savor authentic Egyptian cuisine. Your rest day is a chance to recharge and embrace Dahab's unique blend of relaxation and adventure. This is our ideal way to spend a rest day!

Day 5 - Transfer to monastery St Catherine and approach to bedouin camp

Check out from B&B, transfer to St. Catherine (2-hour Microbus ride), visit the historic St. Catherine's Monastery, embark on a foot journey (400 meters ascent, 3-4 hours for leisure hikers, 1.5 hours for mountain enthusiasts) with camels to transport our gear to the base camp. 

Spend the night in a communal tent, thoughtfully arranged by the Bedouins, nestled in a picturesque mountain valley at an elevation of 1900 meters. While there's no running water, a nearby dam often forms a small lake, providing an opportunity for a refreshing swim.

Day 6 - Climbing in Farsh Abu Mahshour

Start your day with a delicious breakfast prepared by the hospitable local Bedouins. Access our detailed area topo online to plan your climbs. 

Enjoy trad climbing with various single and multi-pitch options; don't worry, we can set up top ropes, but please note that there are no bolted sports routes available. Immerse yourself in bouldering amidst the stunning boulder field. 

As the sun sets, relish a delightful desert dinner under the vast open sky, and spend the night in the serene desert surroundings.

Day 7 - Farsh Abu Mahshour

Start your day with a unique breakfast experience amidst the enchanting desert landscape. Embark on an exciting climbing or hiking adventure, ascending the nearby peak of Jebel Abbas Basha for breathtaking panoramic views. 

Begin your descent around noon, soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, savor a delicious dinner hosted by a local Bedouin family in the heart of town, located at the foot of Jebel Rabba; here, you can also enjoy refreshing showers. 

At 5:00 PM, prepare for a 3-hour transfer to the airport, arriving at your destination at 8:00 PM.

FAQs

It is recommended that you have a V+ level in top rope in the gym. If you also have some leading experience, much better, since you will enjoy the overall experience much more. For bouldering, crushing V15 is not necessary, since the important thing is to have fun regardless of our level.
