4 hours trek on flat terrain

Day 1 - Flight to Lukla (2880m) and trek to Jorsalle

At dawn, we will make our way to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport (or Ramechhap airport during peak season) and embark on a scenic 23-minute flight to Lukla, where we'll have breakfast before starting our trek towards Jorsalle village, reducing the duration of the second day of the Everest Base Camp trek and covering the 4-hour journey from Lukla.

6/7 hours hike. Trekking through jungle

Day 2 - Jorsalle to Namche (3440m)

Following a brief 15-minute walk, we will arrive at Larche Dovan, a location featuring an impressive high Altitude Bridge that showcases remarkable engineering in this corner of the Nepal Himalayas; from this elevated bridge, we will venture into the enchanting jungle before eventually reaching the vibrant Namche village, with today's trek predominantly immersed in the lush wilderness, offering limited resting spots for trekkers, while remaining cautious of the altitude in this region.

30 minutes hike to Everest view hotel

Day 3 - Rest day in Namche (3440m)

On this day, the main idea is to trek high and sleep low. We will journey to Everest View Hotel and Khumjung village at 3880 meters, soaking in the breathtaking views of the Everest Himalayas, and then descend to Namche village at 3440 meters for a proper night's rest, ensuring proper acclimatization.

5/6 hours hike to Tengboche village

Day 4 - Namche to Tengboche (3870m)

From Namche, the trail flattens out and circles the hill where Everest View Hotel is located, before descending to Phunkitanga by the riverside. We then ascend to Tengboche village, known for its ancient and prominent monastery, where we will participate in a puja ceremony amidst the presence of Mount Everest.

6/7 hours hike with the view of Mt. Ama Dablam to reach Dingboche

Day 5 - Tengboche to Dingboche (4350m)

Today's trek commences with the magnificent sight of Mount Ama Dablam, and as we reach Dingboche village, we will find ourselves at the base of this majestic peak, indulging in the captivating 180-degree view of Ama Dablam. Notably, the landscape undergoes a transformation as we surpass the 4000-meter altitude, transitioning into a treeless zone, while Everest temporarily eludes our sight.

Day 6 - Rest day in Dingboche (4350m) and hike to Nangkartshang peak

Similar to the acclimatization day in Namche village, we will embark on a hike to Nangkartshang peak and subsequently settle for the night in Dingboche village. While Nangkartshang peak stands at an elevation of 5081 meters above sea level, ascending 500 meters from the altitude of Dingboche is sufficient for acclimatization purposes.

Day 7 - Trek to Lobuche (4930m)

From today onward, we will be in close proximity to the towering mountains, trekking alongside the beautiful Everest trail. As we pass through Thukla pass, we catch glimpses of the Gokyo Chola pass trekking trail. Though not as challenging as Chola pass, Thukla pass offers a remarkable experience as we ascend gently towards an altitude of nearly 5000 meters. Upon reaching Lobuche village, you have the option to rest or visit the glacier view point nearby, before the much-anticipated Everest Base Camp trekking day tomorrow.

10 hours hike on mostly flat terrain

Day 8 - Everest Base Camp (5364m)

Today marks the long-awaited day of the Everest Base Camp trek. Despite the 10-hour trek, it is divided into multiple breaks, including a lunch break at Gorakshep, the last village of the trek. Once we arrive at Gorakshep, we will check into our hotel rooms before embarking on the trek to Everest Base Camp, equipped with the necessary gear provided by your guide. After visiting the base camp, we will return to Gorakshep for the night. The trail from Lobuche to Gorakshep involves rocky terrain on a glacier walk, while the path from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp traverses the glacier and large boulders.

10 hours hike

Day 9 - Hike up to Kalapatthar for sunrise and trek down to Pangboche

Early morning, we ascend to Kala Patthar, witnessing the sunrise over the majestic mountains, before trekking back to Gorakshep for breakfast. Afterward, we retrace our steps on the Everest Base Camp trail, descending to Pangboche and continuing downhill to Namche, successfully completing the trek.

8 hours trek

Day 10 - Trek to Namche (3440m)

Today, we pass by Tengboche monastery, revisit familiar lunch spots, and cross the suspension bridge. Walking the well-maintained trail from Kyangjuma to Namche, we can finally relax and enjoy a chilled beer. Tomorrow's trek from Namche to Lukla awaits.

Day 11 - Trek to Lukla (2880m)

We trek back to Lukla, retracing the same trail we took on the first and second day of the Everest Base Camp trek. Exiting Sagarmatha National Park, we'll cross suspension bridges multiple times, stroll alongside the riverside in the valley, and finally reach the hilltop of Lukla. Returning to Lukla marks the conclusion of our trek. Enjoy a refreshing evening with your trekking team, celebrate the accomplishment, and prepare to fly back to Kathmandu, returning to the bustling city life once more.

Day 12 - Fly to Kathmandu

Before noon, we will board a flight back to Kathmandu or Ramechhap, depending on your flight schedule. Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, our vehicle will transport you to your designated hotel.

Yes, the minimum number of participants to run the trip is 4 people. Therefore, we ask that if you fly to Kathmandu from your country, don't book flight tickets until we confirm the trek's departure.

You don't need previous experience in trekking or mountaineering, since the path is in good condition, the average walking per day is 5/6 hours and the daily treks do not involve high altitude gain. In any case, we recommend that you have a minimum fitness level suitable for 10 consecutive days of hiking.
