Refund Policy in normal conditions:
- 100% refund for cancellation of trip 3 months before departure
- 50% refund for cancellation of trip 2 months before departure
- 10% refund for cancellation of trip 28 days before departure
- No refunds for cancellation of trip within 3 weeks before departure
Is there a minimum number of participants per trip?
Yes, the minimum number of participants to run the trip is 4 people. Therefore, we ask that if you fly to Kathmandu from your country, don't book flight tickets until we confirm the trek's departure.
Do I need previous experience in trekking or mountaineering to do the trek?
You don't need previous experience in trekking or mountaineering, since the path is in good condition, the average walking per day is 5/6 hours and the daily treks do not involve high altitude gain. In any case, we recommend that you have a minimum fitness level suitable for 10 consecutive days of hiking.
