Overview
In this camp you will be able to learn or improve your multipitch climbing technique with our guide Marc, who will take you to climb some of the classic routes of Montserrat, the mecca of Catalan climbing. The mountain has more than 5,000 routes and surely the atmosphere of the place and its peace will make you fall in love from minute 1. The mountain is 45 minutes from Barcelona, and you can access it with various public transport or by car from the city. The house has 2 double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people, so the teaching is very much one to one. This trip includes accommodation, multipitch climbing coaching, climbing gear and climbing insurance.

Marc has been climbing for more than 25 years, and visited the most famous areas around the world: USA, France, Switzerland, Italy, Morocco, Jordan… He will guide you in Montserrat, teaching you how to be confident on the rock.

Masia La Calsina
Staying right in the heart of Montserrat
Masia La Calsina is a traditional Catalan house located in the middle of the Montserrat mountain where you will find peace and rest after intense days climbing. Located on the north face of the mountain, you will see the impressive walls of the north wall of the siera, where some of the most mythical routes of the massif are stablished.
The house is part of a group of villas that make up the global farmhouse and is older than the Montserrat Monastery itself, so we do not know its exact date of construction, although there are historical documents from the 11th century in the national archive.
The house is also part of the most recent history, since it was used for agriculture and livestock. During the war it was a place of refuge for many people.
