Freeride Touring in the Sunnmøre Alps: Norway's Untouched Alpine Paradise
Where Fjords Meet Peaks for the Ultimate Backcountry Adventure
The Sunnmøre Alps are located right on the west of Norway and boast some of the most spectacular freeride touring on the face of the Earth. Dramatic peaks that rise straight from the fjords give this region a real-life fantasy landscape, begging skiers and snowboarders to explore untouched powder with precipitous descents.
Ski touring freeride in the Sunnmøre Alps means earning your turns in true backcountry fashion, then being rewarded with breathtaking views over the fjords. Perfect mountains up to 1,700 meters high offer ascents that ensure not only a great workout but also spectacular off-piste descents. The variety of landscapes will cater both to the seasoned freerider and those more into ski touring, offering everything from steep couloirs to wide-open slopes.

- 75% refunded (or 25% paid) if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to Kookoo Climb between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the Tour (minus 5% of the amount paid at booking as an administration fee, and the eventual non-reimbursable expenses the company paid to organize the Tour);

- 0% refunded (or 100% paid) if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to Kookoo Climb less than 21 days before the first day of the Tour.
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force the guide to cancel the trip, Kookoo Climb will:
a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose to postpone the activity until a later date, or c) cancel. If you refuse option a), the cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client). Under exceptional circumstances, the company could, however, decide at his sole discretion to refund the client (minus the transaction fee).
