Is the experience suitable for everyone? even if I am not a climber?
Absolutely! Anyone looking to enjoy a unique and special night is welcome to try it.
Never climbed before? No problem at all, we’ll guide you all the way to the portaledge and make sure your experience is incredible and unforgettable.
Is the experience safe?
Of course, you will be wearing a harness at all times, which is securely attached to anchors on the wall. These anchors can hold over 3000 kg, so you will be completely safe.
Is food included?
Food is not included, but you have the option to add it during checkout if you prefer.
What's your cancellation policy?
First and foremost, we strongly recommend that all participants take out cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel your activity, experience travel delays, or encounter any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations are subject to the following policy (refunds depend on whether payment has already been made):
90 days or more before the activity: 90% refund (10% administration fee retained)
Between 89 and 60 days before the activity: 40% refund (including 10% administration fee)
59 days or less before the activity: no refund
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to KooKoo Climb.
In the event of bad weather or unsuitable conditions, the guide may cancel the activity. In this case, KooKoo Climb will either:
a) offer to reschedule the activity for a later date, or
b) cancel the activity.
If you choose not to accept the rescheduling option, the standard cancellation policy will apply. Please note that only the guide can make the decision to cancel due to weather conditions (not the client). In exceptional cases, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund minus transaction fees.
