We also include the tickets to the Wadi Rum desert, which was declared protected area by UNESCO, and to the site of Petra. We also bring you the accommodation in Petra and Amman, on a B&B basis. The bedouins are our main allies in this adventure, they know the environment perfectly and with unmatched hospitality, which will make you return to the desert many more times. They know every corner of the desert and the labyrinths of Wadi Rum. Sometimes the approaches are long and difficult to read, as well as the descents. For this reason, plan for more hours than normal and always carry a headlamp, since it is possible that you use it almost every day. That is why this tour is intended for autonomous climbers with experience in trad climbing. This trip is for intermediate climbers who want to explore an adventurous environment. We will focus on sport climbing, bolted multipitch, and if any of you want to try some trad multipitch gems, we'll get a guide for you if you need one. Besides the climbing side of Wadi Rum, we will discover the bedouin routes, used by locals for the last few hundred years.

Wadi Rum, the ultimate desert adventure
Climbing in Wadi Rum involves much more than many climbers expect. Labyrinthine approaches, long descents, the heat of the desert and the feeling of loneliness in a gigantic and endless landscape. To climb in Wadi Rum, it is better to have some experience in trad climbing, since you will hardly ever find bolts, route finding is sometimes tricky and the fragility of the sandstone will test your mind on each route. One thing is for sure, you won't go back home the same.
